SMART Objectives: 1. Specific: Implement a comprehensive Naloxone education program for all staff members within six months. An amendment could also include a refresher course every three months to ensure the information is current and at the top of mind. 2. Measurable: Aim for a 25% reduction in opioid overdose incidents among young adults within one year of implementing the program. We reviewed the potential to track the number of successful Naloxone administrations and patient recoveries as an additional measure of success. 3. Achievable: Provide necessary resources and training to staff members. We agree to also provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members throughout the implementation phase. 4. Relevant: The project aligns with the broader goal of improving outpatient behavioral health practice patient outcomes. We agree that we should consider how this project aligns with broader public health goals and initiatives. 5.
