Peter's educational centre is a reputable and a registered independent learning, centre. Peter worked as a centre manager for $30$ years at a public CET centre. Upon his retirement he started his own learning centre. The centre is offering various skills like sewing, bricklaying, gardening and baking. He advertised the centre in the local radio station, by word of mouth at churches and the malls. The centre is in an unsafe place against burglary and vandalism. Anything is possible in terms of the assets of the centre.
