So getting back to my EPIC project Ive been setting down with Rama (when I can get him) to work through this charter thing! I'm doing a lot of work between meetings on the effort so the protracted nature of the meetings is in some ways helpful!

After I explained the importance of assumptions and constraints (which he says he already knew but I dont think he did in this context *sigh*) we moved on to the Decision Points section. Now this interest me he says! We meet monthly on most efforts and just talk about current status. I've been reading about "decision gates." Is this section where we set them up? What is a Time/Decision Point anyway, and how many do we need Dr. J?
