Question: So here goes and please, let me know how it read if you have time, I would love to hear how genuine or scripted it

So here goes and please, let me know how it read if you have time, I would love to hear how genuine or scripted it sounds. According to you or Spiro, to avoid all hazards open communication, regular training and employee involvement will create a safer environment. Now, it sounds nice in a perfect world of rainbows and unicorn teardrops, but in the real world we can wrap this all up with a pretty bow by recruiting the Right People. Workplace Violence: I am not opposed to a little workplace violence. As a matter of fact, it is understood in my workplace to be better than the next guy. And if you get your feelings hurt, the door is always open for you to seek other employment. This does two things: 1. It breeds a competitive nature in employees, which in turn generates new ideas and makes everyone a better version of themselves everyday. 2. It weeds out the weak and faint of heart. Last week we had a gentleman quit after two weeks because he figured out real quick. He was lamb in a den of wolves. Verbal Abuse: What exactly constitutes verbal abuse? Is it offending a person's fragile sensibilities using language labeled as vulgar? Maybe someone is religious and does not appreciate the use of his lord's name in vain. My thought process is if you are offended by the use of foul language that is a you problem. Like the ridiculous use of pronouns, why do I have to change my behavior or use of language so you feel good about yourself?
