So here is a word problem of probability in which I need to solve as a whole number. Please guide my steps.
A psychologist plans an experiment in which subjects draw an object based on a verbal description and for each trial, one person draws, one reads the description, and one records how long it takes to get a successful drawing.
From a group of 8 people, in how many ways can the psychologist select a person to draw, a person to read, and a person to record time? I cam up with 8 x3 = 24 but it cant be that simple.
