So I am doing a project and here are the instructions "For this assignment, I will be asking you to provide Situation$-$Behavior$-$Impact $($SBI$)$ feedback on your OB Problem Analysis team members. You do not need to provide feedback on yourself.

For each of your team members, you will be asked to provide $3$ pieces of positive feedback and $3$ pieces of critical feedback. Each piece of feedback should be $1-2$ sentences long. Please be sure to follow the SBI format, which references the situation, behavior observed, and the impact on you. A comment such as "Felix is a good team member" is not adhering to the format or very helpful since we don't know what behaviors that person is exhibiting that are helping the team. A better piece of feedback would be "Felix is a great team member because at our last group meeting he helped to coordinate the group via email, took notes and made a lot of eye contact during the meeting to make sure we all followed the conversation. It made me feel engaged."
