We have seen that unions, which serve as a means to build and maintain decent living standards for workers, are in decline. Unions have tried forming new organizations, and have tried various strategies to grow membership and political power. None of it seems to be working. Suppose you are a highly paid consultant, and you are hired to come up with a plan to revive American unions and increase wages and get better working conditions for US workers.
