The expected budget is around 15 million dollars.

5 Gas/Diesel Stations

Office Building:

• 20 offices

• 4 floors

• 5 offices each floor

• 12,000 sq ft (3,000 each floor)

Motel:

• 120 rooms

• 2 swimming pools

Restaurants/bars:

• 10 restaurants/bars (50 people capacity each)

Parking Lot/Spaces:

• 400 parking spaces for cars

• 100 cars covered by a roof

• 200 parking spaces for trucks

• 2 bathrooms

• Trees and lawn

All environmental permits and inspections.

All local traffic signage will be painted.

All fire detection and vapor systems will be directed to the fire department.

There will be two seperate back up generators. Tested monthly.
