SOAP Note: When asked what do they call the attorney working for you, he incorrectly answered, "The DA." Counselor provided accurate information. Counselor stated: Tell me what they call the other attorney involved in your case, he replied, "Lawyer," but could not specify. Counselor told him the correct answer and listed the titles for the DA. When asked what is the judge's job, he said, "Make a right decision, a fair decision." Counselor explained the judge's role.
