In order to do this, the Course Coordinator can produce the exam paper by either satisfy the goal "New exam produced and moderated" or the goal "Previously moderated exam paper reused". To satisfy the first goal, the following sub goals need to be achieved: "New paper produced", "New paper moderated and New paper approved. In order to produce a new paper, the Course Coordinator can either write the exam paper himself or herself, or he/she can rely on the Course Instructor to write a new exam paper. Either way, the new paper still needs to be moderated and approved. And in order to moderate the new paper, the Course Coordinator depends on the Internal Moderator to provide feedback on the paper.
