Solution Scoring and Selection

You have now worked through the analysis and reviewed it with your sponsor and some process operators and owner. Together you$$ve identified eight possible options to address the major root causes for the L&M Deliveries Project, which have been confirmed to be driven by variation in staffing levels, particularly on Mondays and Fridays and on defects associated with the entry of customer orders. Your team must now decide on the solutions to implement.

Please rank each of the eight options against each of the three primary criteria using the Solution Selection Response sheet. Download Solution Selection Response sheet.You$$ll first need to weight the criteria using cells N$2$ N$4.$ Note the weightings have to add to $1\mathrm{.}0.$ The spreadsheet will then populate the weight cells so you can rank the options.

Additional information to help you with the ranking is provided using embedded notes in the cell with the option name. Place your mouse over the cell to see the additional information. Remember that each option should be ranked from least desirable $(1)$ to most desirable $(8)$ for each criterion.

When you have completed your rankings, please note the top three in the comments field just under the scoring sheet. You can also add a few comments to highlight why you ranked as you did.
