Survey Respond SEEGE Analytics Case description: Exercise Frequency and Employee Burnout Levels The Global Health Corporation (GHC) is evaluating the effectiveness of its corporate wellness program, particularly focusing on the relationship between employee exercise habits and reported burnout levels. The Wellness Program Director believes that regular exercise frequency might be related to employees' burnout levels. Scientific research suggests that regular physical activity could reduce burnout by relieving stress, improving mental health, and providing valuable time away from work pressures. Survey questions were based on a scale from 1-7, where 1 indicates very low frequency of exercise as well as low burnout level (NEVER) and 7 indicates very high frequency of exercise as well as high burnout level (ALWAYS). GHC would like you (as a junior health analytics specialist) to use this sample data and answer the following questions: Is there a relationship between regular exercise frequency and reported burnout levels? If you would hear that the company had plans to encourage employees to limit exercise frequency to at most SOMETIMES during the week. This would map to 4 on the 1-7 scale. Would you recommend going forward with that policy? Why or why not? How and to what extent might this recommendation impact the employees' burnout levels?
