Hourly rates vary for the consultant-client combination and are based on several factors, including project type and the consultant's experience. (b) The problem is to allocate the number of hours that each consultant should be scheduled for each client in order to maximize the consulting firm's billings. Solve the problem by hand as a transportation problem (phase I and phase II in the lecture notes with the modification of maximization instead of minimization (see section 2.2.4))
