Each service has a price and may include buying some parts. Each part has its own price, and the service might require multiple parts of the same type. Multiple providers can offer the same service. The system should automatically select the closest provider to the requester. The customer can use the system to request assistance multiple times per year. Also, the request can include several services. However, each request should have a separate bill. The service provider is responsible for closing the assistance request after finishing his task. Once the service is closed, the cost to this service is calculated, and the customer is notified.
