Case Study Project planning stage is the most challenging phase for a project manager. Managers need to make an educated guess about resources needed to complete the project. A project manager need to also plan and establish communications and procurement activities, in addition he or she need to contract suppliers. Select any project that you like (i.e. stating any type of business). This is NOT a paper style of case. You are to report the following issues as titles and list under each your plan.
