per day respectively. The needs of the cities of Cali, Bogot$,$ Medell$$n and

Barranquilla are $70,40,70$ and $35$ million $kW$ per day respectively. The

costs associated with sending energy supply per million KW between each

plant and each city are those recorded in the following table.
