Which human resource practices would you recommend that Technology Consultants change?

I recommend that Technology Consultants change recruiting and selection, retention, compensation, performance management and also training and development practices.

How well do the company's human resources practices align with one another?

The companys human resources practices dont align with one another. As the reading states, Productivity suffers when an organization engages in a human resource practice that is not aligned with its other human resource practices. Since the company doesnt feel the need to formalize personnel practices this is causing the high turnover rate etc.

How would you approach human resource management if you were starting a company like Technology Consultants?

I would put together and HR plan, evaluate the organizations needs in order to meet the organizations goals, learn and understand the priorities and concerns of other departments and make sure all human resources practices align with one another.
