Specialty Smells, Inc. uses a four$-$step process to manufacture their super$-$luxurious "Essence of Luxury" brand of perfume. The process for each bottle consists of $($A$)$ measuring the ingredients, $($B$)$ mixing the ingredients, $($C$)$ filling the bottle, and $($D$)$ putting the lid on the bottle. A box of perfume contains $10$ bottles.

Notes:

$1)$ Each process step must complete a full batch of perfume $(10$ bottles$)$ before transferring the batch to the next step. In other words, Step C must fill $10$ bottles, and then those $10$ bottles are all transferred to Step D at the same time.

$2)$ Cycle times listed are per bottle $($not batch$/$box$).$ Step A cycle time is $7$ minutes per bottle, and so forth.
