Activity Description

In this activity, you will play the role of the Scrum Master as you work to prepare the detailed Sprint Backlog. The Sprint Backlog is the list of tasks identified by the Scrum Master and the Product Owner. These items need to be completed within the next Sprint. During the Sprint planning meeting, the Scrum Master will meet the development team to select the number of product backlog items they can accomplish in $2$ weeks. They will also review the user stories, which are critical in helping the developers understand what each function must accomplish. You are now tasked with aligning the user stories with the appropriate development activity.

The estimated time to complete the activity is $10-15$ minutes. You should start when you have enough time to critically think through the scenario. However, if you need to exit the activity before completion, you will return to where you left off when you re$-$enter.
