SQL statement problems.

1. For each manager that supervises more than 1 employee, list the managers ID, the number of employees they supervise, and the minimum credit limit from among these supervisees

2. List the first and last name of any employees that are managers (use IN)

3. Increase by 8% the credit limit of each employee whose credit limit is below average
