Stage 2 - Labour plan (File upload required - Labour Plan submission) Learner Instructions For this Stage, you are required to confirm all skilled labour is in place so that the plan can be implemented. To do this, outline the strategy you are using to ensure there are sufficient human resources organised to complete key activities/tasks within the established timeframes. Confirm whether or not all required labour is in place and the date this was organised. Hint: Refer to your implementation plan (established in section 11 of the business plan) to look at the key stakeholders responsible for
