Stakeholder Case Study Work: Denver Baggage Project

Stakeholder Analysis: Identification of at least $2$ stakeholders per quadrant as well as their interests. Create a Bryson power interest grid and place the stakeholders on it$.$ Explain why you placed them where you did and include this grid in your paper.

Identification of the fundamental management and$/$or communication challenge$($s$)$ the decision maker$($s$)$ faces. Explain their strategies and discuss whether or not they were effective$/$successful$.$
