Fictitious project description: In this project, we will try to build a shed for the backyard garden. Initiation phase: In this stage, at the beginning of the project. We evaluate and create a project to find whether it is feasible or not. activities: In the preparation stage of building a shed, first we determine the style and size of the shed. after that, we get a building permit.

Planning phase: In this space be involved in the further intensive development of that project to meet the objectives of that project.

Activities: then we create a drawing, make plans, and determine the shed location.

Execution phase: In this stage report the project plan into action and performed work practically on the location side. (in this case backyard.) Activities: First we start building a Foundation, and then we build pillars and columns, attach frames and two gables end walls, and 2 bearing walls. And then place a window, door, and detachable roof in the shade and fix them with the help of Nails and screws.

Monitoring and performance phase: In this stage, we measure the progress and performance in order to make sure that project objectives are made.

Activities: We check the room, walls, floor, windows,s, and other things in the shade to make sure that they are working properly or not.
