Stanford OR Case Study Quality Project Instructions 1. Study the PDCA Process Model Explanation (This is the format for the project.) 2. Read the Stanford OR Case Study 3. Choose one of the processes/issues from page 5 and 6 of the Case Study that you will address. (There are 6 choices) 4. Using the PDCA Model and information in case study, develop a plan to address the issue and or improve the process. 5. Since you are not at Stanford in-person, there may be some data/information missing (Specifically the outcome from your action plan). You have latitude to "make up" or "fill in missing" information to complete the project. I am most interested that you are able to set up the plan using the PDCA process. 6. Make sure you use appropriate tools for each part of the model to display the process and /or data and results
