Focus on a few of the competencies in the areas in green $($in the $3\mathrm{.}5$ graphic$)$ and rate yourself. How does your rating in the areas you selected strengthen$/$weaken your professionalism and work ethic in your current job? A few areas I found interesting to look at were resilience, social intelligence and ownership$/$accepting responsibility. Reflect on what you learned about your professionalism and work ethic. These are really great things to think about for future job interviews!
