Stat lab with Minitab...how do you use the regression equation when give a data for y-variable and x-variable? I have calculated the mean of y and x and now the Minitab lab question is to "Plot the mean of x and on the scatter plot with other data. And then use the regression equation reported by Minitab and plug in the value of mean x as in the equation.....not sure how to "plug" in this value?
