Statement: Group bills are not getting generated for some of the groups for Erie. This issue started a long time ago. Mostly during July 2024 or before. Random groups are getting impacted. Some groups started getting impacted 10 months ago, some started from Sept/Oct, some started from January etc. Sometimes the impacted groups are reordered, and their bill statements surprisingly start working, sometimes they are not. Group billing has a specific frequency like - Monthly/Quarterly/Semi-Annual/Annual. Some of these group bills are set up for monthly frequency, but they are generated quarterly. Erie's ask: Identify the problem. Determine the impacts for February and March. Solutions/Steps being taken: 1. Produce a list of all the group policies in the system and handover to the admin/accounting area. - Completed (03/27) 2. Admin team is going to review the super-set and filter based on their own requirements. 3. SME is analyzing the code to figure out the root cause. This is a very complex code and hence it may take some time. 4. Once the solution is identified, engage development area, testing team and start the implementation of the solution. 5. Produce the delta report between the initial list and the time of implementation of the solution
