Here is a scenario that will help you formulate the problem statement: ABC Company faces lawsuits brought by mismanagement of manufacturing wastes. From this scenario, a statement of the problem could be any of the following: "How can ABC Company implement proper waste disposal and avoid future lawsuits from related incidents?" "What is the applicable environmental management program that will help ABC Company solve its waste disposal issues
