STEP 1: DEVELOP A POLICY REVIEW PLAN Write a step by step plan that details a process for ongoing review of policies within your organisation. Your plan should include: Who is to be involved in policy reviews How often policies are to be reviewed Other factors that may trigger policy reviews (other than date) Methods for determining changes required to policies How changes are to be documented and promoted You must submit your policy review plan to your Assessor for approval before proceeding to Step 2. STEP 2: REVIEW A POLICY Once you have received approval from your Assessor, you must review a policy using the process outlined in Step 1. This must include: A report that summarises each step of the review process as outlined in the policy review plan. Your report must be professionally presented including a heading. You must submit the original policy and the amended policy with your written summary
