Step 1: Select an information systems security threat topic below. Your challenge is to find the largest (measured in dollars or number of customers impacted) recent (within about 5 years) loss suffered by a company, their customers or a government as a result of suffering a purposeful or accidental information security breach. Don't just give us an example, find the largest impact.

Topic choices are:

Step 2: Find and read at least 3 articles on your topic. Prepare a slide presentation summarizing your research and submit it on Canvas. The presentation should have the following format:

• Title slide including names of all team members
• 1 (minimum) to 3 (maximum) slides on your research -- photos and diagrams welcomed; keep bullet text short and to the point - information presented should include:
  • Incident and players involved
  • What was lost
  • Quantified impact (ex. $ of lost revenue)
  • How it might have been prevented
• "Sources" slide listing urls of materials used to prepare your presentation
