Step 1b Student will recognize the role of the Revenue Cycle and Reimbursement in the various areas:	Hospitals/Ambulatory Care Settings Physician practices Insurance Companies Any alternate healthcare setting such as SNF or Rehab
Step 3 Deliverables due from student:	Summarize the Health Care System in the US to include types of hospitals, payers, insurance companies and the role of government. Develop a revenue cycle compliance plan. Search web and write a summary for Texas insurance plans and how they work. Review and write summary of the Affordable Care Act and how it impacts the public.
