Step 1 : Using OneSearchin the UMGC online library, c a search for at least 5 scholarly articles that address how organizations can respond to unplanned change (whether internal or external). The articles need to be current - published within the past five years.

Consider including some of the following terms in your search: ("manage* skills" and/or "manage* practices"), "external organization* factors", "organizational structure", "internal organization* factors", "unplanned change", ("management skills" and "unplanned change") .

Articles should focus on current research in management studies, ideally less than 5 years since publication.

Step 2. Annotated Bibliography: The articles should be two to three pargraphs as the format suggests. Your annotations should explain how the findings are relevant and how they are going to support your analysis.
