Step 3: Now study the job market in Canada and especially in BC for the careers of your choice.

1. Study the Labour supply situation (use reliable sources)

3. Look at the career forecast for the next 10 years

4. Payscale and pay range for this career

Step 4: Now create a table that compares the three careers. Include things like - how much will you need to study or work, how many years will it take you, what is the demand and supply situation like for each career, what is the pay scale, etc. You want to think and carefully mention all the data points you think are essential for you to make your career choice. You can also choose things like cost of living, real estate cost, etc.

Step 5: Select the best career based on your analysis above. Justify your choice with evidence and data from your analysis.

Step 6: Now based on the career you choose create a career development strategy for yourself. Think where will you be in the next 3, 5, and 10 years
