DP$1\mathrm{.}3$ Describe a feedback control system in which a user utilizes a smart phone to remotely monitor and control a washing machine as illustrated in Figure DP$1\mathrm{.}3.$ The control system should be able to start and stop the wash cycle, control the amount of detergent and the water temperature, and provide notifications on the status of the cycle.
