(1) I am not sure the answer. The memory regions of I-Code Bus is also from 0x00000000 to 0x1FFFFFFF, it is the same with The D-Code Bus, but why only circle the Data bus for the first question

(2) The memory regions of APB bus is from 0xE0040000 to 0xE00FFFFF, 0x4102 6810 is not in this range, why also circle it? I am not sure.
