Draw up a comprehensive Strategy Document for an organization that you are familiar with regarding the strategy to be followed by the organization to succeed in the present situation. The report should be between more pages and must be coherent and well organized in terms of the information presented.

The project report must have the following components:

1. Current Business SituationOverview of the company, industry within which it operates, and the Vision/Mission of the organization.

2. Overview of Competitors in the Industry.

3. Analysis of the competitive situation using relevant strategy frameworks. This should include

relevant internal and external and analyses.

4. Generic Strategies used by the company and any gaps thereon.

5. Recommendations as a Strategy Consultant.
