(b) Describe with the use of examples, any three (3) challenges managers can face within their organisational environment. (9 marks)

(c) If you are asked to recommend two (2) management philosophies managers can use to develop their responses to the organisational environment, what approaches would you suggest? Evaluate and justify your recommendations. (9 marks)
