Strategizing in P$-$O$-$L$-$C

In the P$-$O$-$L$-$C model, which consists of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, strategy plays a key role. Strategy is also about making choices that provide an organization with some measure of competitive advantage or even a sustainable competitive advantage. The P$-$O$-$L$-$C framework offers helpful direction regarding the ideal managerial position $($Sharma$,2021).$ The strategy itself, from the perspective of practice, is currently the focus of research to find an approach for discovering a conceptual framework of practices and practitioners. In order to provide effective implementation options, the strategic framework for P$-$O$-$L$-$C needs to be empirically examined for this execution$-$related approach $($Jarzabkowski et al$.,2007).$ However, the four primary management functions that require strategizing are all agreed upon by the authors of the Encyclopedia of Management and other well$-$known authors. The way in which management, as seen through its functions, is carried out differs across continents, making it important to have a strong understanding of local management practices when developing a strategy $($Lukovic$,2014).$ Thus, it is crucial to consider and comprehend regional approaches when putting strategy into practice. These might be crucial for managing and leading the hired staff members because they might be affected by the regional strategy.
