Strategy is a master plan and procedure to accomplish a set goal or expectation. When measures are taken to complete a goal, it may take a village or extra participation. Those involved in a strategy may bring challenges or extra positive efforts. Everyone at some point in life we all may have thought of the "the big picture" in both personal and professional endeavors. I have thought about mines all the time. It is so much I want to achieve as leader and mother. I recently accepted a job promotion that I worked so hard for in the last three years as an Accounting Supervisor. My plans to grow in this leadership role have not stopped, my focus is to become more knowledgeable and stronger in communication. Leadership can apply "the big picture" when demonstrating examples and excellence with goals. This is something that the organization can benefit from by seeing leaders aim higher and work harder to achieve a purpose.
