A two$-$way reinforced concrete building floor system is composed of slab panels measuring $7\mathrm{.}30m$ length and $6m$ width in plan, supported by shallow columnline beam cast monolithically with slab as shown in the figure. Using concrete with $F^{\text{'}}c=28$MPa and steel with $F_Y=420$ MP$,$ design a typical exterior panel to carry a service live load of $5k\frac{N}{m_2}.$ in addition to the self$-$weight of the floor $($ concrete $($:$=24k\frac{N}{m_3}\}.$
