and external, can influence the performance of organisations. The problem that this study

intends to address is the identification and analysis of the key challenges affecting

organisational performance. Numerous studies have highlighted the importance of

organisational performance for the success and sustainability of businesses. However,

organisations often face various obstacles that hinder their ability to achieve optimal

performance levels. Effective communication is another critical aspect that influences

organisational performance. Johnson and Garcia $(2020)$ underscore the importance of

clear and transparent communication within organisations. The study identifies common

communication challenges, such as information overload and misalignment between

verbal and nonverbal cues and provides strategies for enhancing communication

effectiveness.
