PROJECT OUTLINE

Review of present situation of the organization (10 marks)

Draw the structure the Organization chart diagram that shows the structure of an organization and the relationships and relative ranks of its parts and positions/jobs using Visio

Nature of organization Nature if industry in which organization operates.

Problems being faced by process flow Decisions needed to be made and the responsible Person to make decision

Evaluate critically how business managers can reduce issues in their process management

Business process management (BPM) is the discipline in which people use various methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, optimize, and automate business processes. (10 marks)

Analyze whether the selected buinesses actually support the BPM life-cycle. To do this use the BPM life-cycle.

Identify the Stakeholders in the BPM Lifecycle

Improvement methodologies used by the company ?i.e Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management. (10 marks)

Process improvement is the procedure of analyzing, identifying and improving processes within a business to enhance overall quality. There are a wide range of systematic approaches, methodologies and tools available to support process improvement identify the improvement methodology used by the selected company.

Identify the current system work flow (as-is system) and sketch it using visio and show the gaps and issue there (10 marks)

The as-is phase outlines the current state of your processes and any gaps or issues with the current mode of operation. Once you have that mapped out, you can enter the to-be phase of process management.

Fish bones analysis

A fishbone diagram is a visualization tool for categorizing the potential causes of a problem. This tool is used in order to identify a problem's root causes. Identify one problem faced by the selected business and draw a fishbone diagram combines the practice of brainstorming to investigate the problem.

Identify the to- be -system workflow and sketch it using visio (10 marks)

Draw the Gantt charts of one of the project handled by the slecected organization. The Gantt chart help workers and managers track tasks.

Documentation Format:

All paragraphs must be justified and use double spacing.

Information can include proper diagram and pictures wherever necessary with table or figure numbering.

The entire document should be in Arial 12 pt.

All section headings must be in Arial 12 pt bold.

Include proper cover page with Project name, group members Name, ID and Section.
