Students are asked to join a group (4-6 persons/group) based on their selection of cases to study. Students apply network theories and frameworks to analyze a case of interorganizational network related to emergency management. Student groups evaluate the network based on the Milward and Provan's framework utilized in this course; identify network strengths and weaknesses as well as problems that are not captured in the framework; discuss network management and offer management advice that is based on theoretical or practical tools students have collected in the class
