Students are required to develop and maintain a personal quality checklist using Excel. You will analyze the results midway through the term. The exercise is as follows: Students should identify 7 personal items they want to track and improve on over the term (eating breakfast, working out, arriving at class on time, etc.) Items need to be determined using SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time based) goals and are tracked daily. Weekly goals should not be used as there will be very limited data points to track. A list of your 7 items needs to be submitted through BB by midnight January 23 for approval. You are required to submit a mid-term update by midnight February 6 through BB. Your final submission and report are due by midnight March 5 through BB. You will find an assignment with questions to be answered supported by Excel. Your final checklist is an opportunity to shine, both with thorough analysis and Excel presentation
