Students are to make an evaluation matrix based on the five Driving Forces of a company that you came up with. It can be a start-up idea for a product or a service. You are to go through the five forces that we discussed in class and score every category from A-F.

After you have gone through the process explain why you are going to continue developing the product or why you have decided to not proceed with the development of your product.

Base your justification on only two of the Truths on each of any 3 Driving Forces.

As the quality and improvement expert you are asked to assess the business operation and provide recommendations on ways in which the organization can improve its business process so as to obtain a competitive advantage. You may select a manufacturing company of choice and complete the following: 1. An overview on the type(s) of product/service that the company produces/ delivers. 2.
