Students should select a company with a specific problem related to Human Resource Management and propose a solution. The problem must have been described in the media (Newspaper, news, academic journals...). Students are expected to write a research paper not exceeding Ten pages containing the following: 1. Introduction that contains a description of the company. 2. The problem was facing the company. 3. The source of the problem (the causes) 4. The different critical players of decision-making and their roles, 5. The policies and strategies are already taken to face the problem (if any). 6. The proposed solutions (3 short terms and three long terms solutions, don't forget to link each proposed solution to the course content). 7. Its effect on the various stakeholders (for each solution proposed). 8. The best solution (provide your point of view) 9. References (minimum ten scientific references)
