Students that have successfully completed CIS $663$ will only need to update their previous communication management plan to reflect the virtual team, new stakeholders, global business environment, and new project information. Information provided about ASDG Inc. as a company in the communication plan may only need minor updating. Project stockholders, clients, and key decision$-$makers have changed due to the new project scope.

Students that have not completed CIS $663$ will be required to follow all of the task directions and fulfill the written assignment expectations. The communication management plan template $($Download Template Located in Content In Context$)$ will be used to fulfill different parts of the weekly individual assignment expectations.

Complete the Vision History section on page $2$ in the virtual communication plan template and the Introduction section on page $5($Purpose of Communication Plan, and Stakeholder Analysis$).$

Conduct a stakeholder analysis. Review the project management blog on how to perform a stakeholder analysis before working on the template. There is a lot of information that you do not have about the organization $($ASDG Inc.$),$ its history, leadership structure, clients, employees, market share, etc. You are to assess every angle of the company and consider all of the project stakeholders that could be potentially impacted by your communication management project. You will need to make assumptions based on people$$s titles, departments, partners, and the company$$s clients.

Compare ASDG Inc., a multi$-$million dollar consulting firm going global, to other existing consulting firms to assess potential stakeholders.

Consider the fact that if this communication management plan is accepted, it will roll out company$-$wide, requiring everyone in the company to use and follow it going forward. This is not a project that is centralized to a specific department.
