Students to source a case study from Kuwait or the region, the case study to be based on a real company. Students are to propose an innovative and breakthrough project for that company as a project for the company. The proposed project needs to target any of the two Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) :

- SDG4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all;

- SDG 8: Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.

The first deliverable should contain the following: 1.1 Company Case Study 1.2 Project Objectives 1.3 Planning and Description of Pre-Project Phase 1.4 Project Priorities and Priority Matrix 1.5 Work Breakdown Structure with Coding 1.6 Stakeholder Identification 1.7 Responsibility Matrix 1.8 Project Communication Plan
