Students, utilizing your learning from week 4's lecture, create a project charter for a project, an event of your choosing.

Whether that be a wedding, an anniversary, birthday, or retirement party. For this project charter you can create your own project risks, milestones, communication plan, and change management plan, this is meant to be high level and to answer the questions that are italicized. An example project charter can be seen above, and you can use this format by filling in the blank boxes in this excel document. Please delete the 'instruction' tab in this document upon submission. This assignment is worth 20% of your total grade and will be due at the end of week 5. Please pay attention to due dates and submission deadlines on canvas.
