Students will apply the research methods taught in class to identify an Industry 4.0* or Industry 5.0** challenge worthwhile solving in an industry selected by the
students.
The Commercial Report will include:
1. Description of the Industry 4.0* or Industry 5.0** challenge and industry selected.
2. Application of secondary research to define the challenge and identify gap/s in existing knowledge
3. Explanation and analysis of how at least two different primary research tools (e.g., interviews, focus groups, surveys, experimentation, observations)
could facilitate the collection of relevant data to address gap/s in exisiting knowledge
4. Considerations about limitations and ethics of market research applied to the challenge;
5. Conclusions and recommendations (students must use critical analysis and their own views).

Industry 4.0: Data privacy in our workplace, cybersecurity as a tool of international espionage, robots in the future of workforce, health effects of AR/VR on
human vision & workplace, smart contracts and the penetration of blockchain in our e-wallets, AI and machines managing humans.
Industry 5.0: Ethics of inserting technology in the human body, Machines outsmarting humans with Quantum computing, Use of AR/VR in retail to penetrate into
the human mind, Technology and its effects on workers isolation
